I am an optometrist, I work at a laser eye surgery centre in Toronto and I have never heard of such thing! Shoma koja raftin ke behetoon hamchin chizi goftan? :O

Weill, they had too many different test on my eyes and it was their final result. I was surprise too, but thats what they told about customer surgery. I am still searching, but i got this result from two different center and both of them were agree on that. i do not live in very poshte kooh dar zemn.

I was just very surprised to see someone had told you that having big eyes means a more expensive treatment, because as an eye care professional I know that that is not right. What they probably meant was that you either have larger pupils or are more nearsighted, neither of which have a connection to "cheshme dorosht". Perhaps it was stupid of me to comment at all, but I had absolutely no intention of offending you and you simply took it the wrong way. So I thought I'd clarify that.

Although I still don't know what part of my comment made you think I was being rude and snobby.

p.s. man be ingilisi minevisam chon barnameye farsi nevis nadaram va az pinglish ham badam miayad. Goftam begam ke fekr nakonin be khatere tohin be kasi ya chossi oomadan hastesh.
